Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Visit Sarnath, we understand that travel plans may change due to personal, medical or unforeseen circumstances. Guests who wish to cancel a booking are requested to notify us as early as possible through email, WhatsApp or other official communication channels.
Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the booking, cancellation date and services already reserved on behalf of the traveller. Certain expenses such as hotel reservations, transportation bookings, permits, guide fees, entrance tickets and government charges may be non-refundable once confirmed. Any applicable refund will be processed after deducting such non-recoverable costs along with administrative and service charges where applicable.
In cases where a tour is affected by weather conditions, natural disasters, government regulations, transportation disruptions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, Visit Sarnath reserves the right to modify, reschedule or adjust the itinerary in the interest of guest safety and operational requirements.
